A grand oasis in the city
Edgewater hugs the banks of Biscayne Bay. It is a residential, welcoming urban neighborhood that offers the best in premier waterfront living. Residents have direct access to the water from Margaret Pace Park. It is a popular place to decompress, and locals go to walk their dogs, work out, or take in stunning views. The area is known for its incredible water recreation. You can rent a boat or a yacht at the neighborhood’s only marina, the Sea Isle Marina, or use one of the locale’s many access points to launch kayaks and paddle boards. Edgewater is close to everything Miami offers and is not far from downtown Miami, Midtown, Wynwood, and Biscayne Bay.
Future developments are in the works for this burgeoning neighborhood. The Aria Reserves features two spectacular glass towers that house luxury condominiums. Meanwhile, the Edition is designing its first stand-alone collection of residences, both of which will be located in Edgewater along the banks of Biscayne Bay. The Miami World Center is also coming to the area. This proposed mixed-use space includes plans for a hotel, a convention center, numerous luxury residences, and an open-air retail section. Construction of the Signal Bridge is also underway and will improve traffic.
Midtown is a small, hip neighborhood to the west of Edgewater. It is a booming area with new, upscale residences, some of which include private gardens and other delightful amenities. Midtown boasts a wide range of exciting attractions, including the Shops at Midtown Miami, a shopping complex in the center of the area boasting retailers and restaurants.

There are tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts, an outdoor gym, ample green space to walk your dog, and designated picnic areas.
The Shops at Midtown Miami is the go-to place for locals to shop, dine, and people-watch. It is a very walkable area with many photo-worthy, colorful murals and art installations. Just a few steps away is the Miami Design District. It covers 18 blocks and is filled with high-end fashion boutiques, galleries, and fine-dining restaurants. Art is everywhere, from galleries and displays to stunning sculptures and intricate architecture.
Things to Do
Once a month, nearby Wynwood hosts an Art Walk. Guests flock to the downtown area, where they meander along well-kept sidewalks and city streets with beautiful murals before stopping inside local galleries to view stunning displays. The popular event also features live music, food trucks, and street vendors.
Bayfront Park is a place the whole family can enjoy right on Biscayne Bay. There is a playground, a sandy beach area, and open spaces. The park also has performances offering concerts in its outdoor amphitheater.
